I've Joined Blogdom!

Eessh...I hate introductions.

If you know me, you know I love to bake. While I've considered creating this blog for quite some time now, I've never really had enough incentive to get it up and running. Now I've found one... it's called IronCupcake:Earth! By creating a cupcake using the secret monthly ingredient, I can help promote world peace and win prizes! What better reason for starting a blog dedicated to baking?!?

So expect forthcoming pictures and recipes. First for my coffee themed cupcakes, and then regular updates about things I am cooking up here in my kitchen. And for those of you who are lucky enough to live close by, there is the added incentive of getting to eat the good(ie)s.
